6 oz Spinach Artichoke Jack (shredded)
6 oz White Cheddar (shredded)
4 oz Parmesan (shredded)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/4 cups White cooking wine
3 large garlic cloves (miced)
1 ½ cups fresh spinach (chopped)
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
Crusty bread of your choice

1 Combine Spinach Artichoke Jack, White Cheddar, and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
2 Add the cornstarch to the cheese mixture and gently toss with your hands.
3 Over medium heat, add the White cooking wine to a large heavy-bottomed deep pan.
4 Whisk in the garlic and bring the cooking wine to a bubble.
5 Add the spinach and artichoke hearts to the pan and mix well. Let the mixture come to a bubble and cook for 1 minute.
6 Slowly add the cheese mixture into the pan, 1/4 of the mixture at a time, continue whisking until combined.
7 Once the fondue is silky smooth, transfer the pan to your serving table surrounded by your favorite dippers and enjoy!
*Alternatively, you can pour the fondue into a fondue pot and set it to low, keeping the mixture warm.
