Summery Cheese Curd Macaroni Salad



2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni


1 cup mayonnaise


Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
Combine the macaroni, cheese curds, Bacon Cheddar, bratwursts, pickles and red onion in a large bowl.
Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture; gently toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until serving.
Garnish with chives if desired.
