Farmers Cheese originated on farms throughout the world as a way to use milk left after skimming the cream for butter. Wisconsin cheese makers produce a semi-soft cheese similar to mild Brick Cheese. This cheese is naturally smoked.

PAIRS WELL WITH
White wines like Chardonnay and Riesling or Red wines like Gamay Noir (Beaujolais) and Pinot Noir. You will also find that rose or blush wines like White Zinfandel are also a good match as they go well with the slightly salty, creamy flavor of the cheese.

All of our cheeses are handcrafted by Master Cheesemakers in small batches using only the best ingredients in Southern Wisconsin.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.
