The famous Wisconsin cheese curds or 'squeaky' cheese!

Fresh Cheddar cheese in its natural, random shape and form before being processed into blocks and aged. Curds have a mild taste with a slightly rubbery texture and should squeak when eaten.

Fried, melted on top of fries and gravy for the famous 'Poutine' dish or just plain, these cheese curds will be a favorite!

PAIRS WELL WITH
We’re happiest tossing back a frosty light pilsner, lager, pale ale (or two!) with a serving of salty, fresh Wisconsin cheese curds. You might as well go ahead and order a pitcher.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.

All of our cheeses are handcrafted by Master Cheesemakers in small batches using only the best ingredients in Southern Wisconsin.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.

Shipping Info

For special orders items, please allow 2 - 3 weeks. Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday of the following week.

It tastes great. The curds were downright excellent as I remember them being in the past when we used to order a lot of WI Cheese

These are the best curds ever

These are the freshest tasting curds! Nice robust flavor and just the right amount of 'squeak'. I have a sister that will hide these to keep to herself, but I know ALL the hiding places ....
