PAIRS WELL WITH
Nutty cheeses like slightly sweet sippers so we often pour bock, weiss beer, gewĂĽrztraminer, riesling, ice wines, port and sherry with Swiss. If stronger spirits sound best, then we recommend grappa and fruit brandies.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.
