Keystone Farms Cheese ships via UPS ground. Customers should expect delays during holiday seasons.

Products may be room temperature when they arrive, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated upon arrival.
The shipping address must be a street address; PO boxes are undeliverable. Please make sure that the shipping address is accurate.
Keystone Farms Cheese is not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Depending on weather temperatures from May through October, Keystone Farms Cheese may use their discretion on holding of the shipment of the customer’s order until weather permits. The customer may choose to upgrade to an air delivery to receive their order faster. Depending on the upgrade of the air service chosen, the shipping charges will increase accordingly.
When shipping to warmer weather locations, we recommend you choose shipping in a Styrofoam cooler with reusable ice packs.
There is an additional cost for the cooler and ice packs of $5.00.
Please note: This option will help to keep the cheese cool on its journey.
To guarantee Christmas delivery, the order must be placed by no later than December 8th. Any order received between December 9th and December 23rd will be upgraded to an air service to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
