1 package (8 ounces) Wisconsin cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounces Keystone Farms Asiago cheese, shredded (2 cups)
8 ounces lump crabmeat
1 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon Old Bay® Seasoning
Shaved celery and lemon zest
1 Heat oven to 350°F.
2 Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until blended. Stir in the asiago, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay® Seasoning.
3 Spoon in a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
4 Garnish with shaved celery and lemon zest. Serve with crackers.
