This cheese is made from fresh goat milk and has a pungent, earthy aroma. The flavor from black truffles blends deliciously with the sweetness of a fresh goat cheese. 

The texture is firm; it shreds well and is great on salads, burgers and vegetables.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.

For special orders items, please allow 2 - 3 weeks. Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday of the following week.
