Our award-winning feta cheese is of superior quality and consistency, made from our freshest milk. Tangy and salty to the taste but never bitter. The unique tangy flavor makes it a natural for adding to all types of foods from salads, seafood, chicken, pasta, pizza, omelets, potatoes and all popular Greek favorites. Our Feta is packaged in the brine which preserves the cheese for approximately six months, longer than most fresh cheeses.
