Bacon Cheddar is a mild cheddar infused with REAL bacon bits. Cheddar, made in the classical way, tends to have a sharp, smooth, powerful flavor, often slightly earthy.

It's texture is firm and slightly crumbly. 

PAIRS WELL WITH
Zinfandel, and Merlot red wines. White wine lovers can enjoy Riesling, Pinot, or Sauvignon Blanc. The most sophisticated palates will pair their cheddar with fine Port, Madeira, or Brandy.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.

All of our cheeses are handcrafted by Master Cheesemakers in small batches using only the best ingredients in Southern Wisconsin.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.

Unless the product is damaged or defective, there is a no return or exchange policy. Customer Satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us with any issues.

Shipping Info

For special orders items, please allow 2 - 3 weeks. Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday of the following week.
