Think of everything that you love about creamy, delicious, highly meltable jack cheese, and combine that with all that you appreciate in the wide world of blues, and you’ve got yourself Wisconsin’s flavorful, but never overbearing, marbled blue jack. It slices rather than crumbles and has a lovely mild blue flavor. This unique blend of cheeses is the perfect balance for bleu cheese and jack cheese lovers alike! 

PAIRS WELL WITH
Big, bold blues as well as milder wedges go surprisingly well with all sorts of drinks. In Wisconsin, we normally pair our blues with cider or beer -- everything from fruit beers, stout, weiss beer, porter and Belgian ales get along famously with blue. In the world of wine, we recommend cabernet sauvignon, chianti, pinot noir, zinfandel, riesling, syrah/shiraz, ice wines and malbec. For higher-proof hankerings, reach for the port, madeira, tequila reposado or tequila añejo.

Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.
