Because our cheese is hand-cut, your cheese may arrive slightly more or slightly less than listed net weight.

Shipping Info
For special orders items, please allow 2 - 3 weeks. Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 1 PM ET on Wednesday will ship on Monday of the following week.

Glad I purchased!
The cheese was still cold when I received the shipping box with the insulated cooler and freezer pack inside! I reused them to send chocolate candy to a friend in Florida and he said the candy was still cold when he received it, even though the box was delayed in shipment due to bad weather south of us.

Really did keep the cheese cool for the deliveries from Wisconsin to Chicago, South Carolina, and Missouri. Planning on repurposing for a picnic of cheese/sausage in the spring/summer.
